Ampheon were initially approached to take over the development of this leading UK property rental portal after the company experienced difficulties with their previous web development supplier. The site was redeveloped over several phases, before being completely resigned with additional functionality in 2010. The site is now at the forefront of the UK lettings market, receiving outstanding feedback for its ease of use.
Client: Room FT
Room FT, a site allowing people to rent their rooms to tourists, approached Ampheon following a desire to switch from their existing web developers. We first thoroughly reviewed the existing web site code finding both functional and security issues that required immediate resolution. Once this was done, we were commissioned to undertake a number of phased update projects to improve functionality and usability for the site visitors and members and have continued to provide phased development updates to the company ever since. This highly custom database website development goes from strength to strength with visitors signing up on a daily basis from all over the world.
Client: Rent Property Direct
Aiming to become one of the leading villa rental portals, Rent Property Direct approached Ampheon to build a complex, search engine friendly solution to allow rental property owners to upload their properties for a fee, and for site visitors to search and locate properties, view availability schedules and make a booking. Our in-house experience of the villa rental industry helped us to build this outstanding solution that gives complete control to the administrator and the property owners to manage their respective parts of the site. Payment is taken via a fully integrated PayPal Website Payments Standard solution.
Location: Milton Keynes
We were commissioned to build the Agentright website as a property portal consolidator system, where estate agents can upload property details (for sale and rent), enter their account details of the various property portals they are subscribed to, and the properties are then automatically fed through to all of the portals. The site is currently in beta trials with a number of agents, with a view to a full rollout shortly.

My Villa in the Sun is a small villa rental site for selected property owners in Almeria, Spain. The site needed to be bright and friendly to appeal to the target market and be easy for visitors to navigate. Client: Jeffries Estate Agents
The Jeffries web site was built to include a small administration control panel where the site administrator could upload latest news articles. An online search linked directly in to their Encore property management software to return property search results back to the site. The remainder of the site was unlikely to change much, and the decision was made to leave these as static web pages that we would update periodically on behalf of Jeffries.
Client: Designated Property
A small brochure web site was required to promote our client's business in the sale of brown field development land. The site included a number of static pages together with a latest news section that can be updated directly by the client without requiring any special training. The site was complimented through a carefully managed pay-per-click campaign.
